Trail Length: 1.5 (Miles) with one loop.

Big Knob State Forest Campground

Phone number 906-635-5281 is for the Management Unit. Sites available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No reservations. 23 sites for tent and small trailer use, some of which can accommodate 40-ft vehicle/trailer. Sand dunes, Lake Michigan beach front, and hiking pathways offer excellent outdoor recreation opportunities. Rustic campground includes vault toilets and potable water from well hand pump. Location 14 miles SW of Naubinway via US-2 and Big Knob Rd.
