30 miles with 6 loops ranging from 1 mile to 7.7 miles long.

Directions:

Pathway Directions to Trailhead: 5.5 miles SE of Newberry via M-123, M-28 & Co Rd 403. 7 miles SE of Newberry on CR-403 Trail attributes; Rolling terrain, mostly hardwoods forest cover with some pine plantation.

Trail Description:

Fee: No fee; donations accepted

Unique features: Site of Tahquamenon Falls Nordic Invitational race, groomed as needed, toilets available.

Natalie State Forest Campground:

The phone number 906--3293 is for the Management Unit. Sites available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No reservations. 12 sites for tent and small trailer use located on the Dallarville Flooding Backwaters. Rustic campground includes vault toilets and potable water from well hand pump.
