Trail Distance:

Trail Length: 9.3 Miles with 5 loops ranging from 1 mile to 3 miles long.

Loops/distance: 5 loops, 6.4 mi (42.8 km), classical; 3.0 mi (4.97 km), skate groomed.

Directions:

Pathway directions to trailhead: In Sault Ste Marie take I-75 to 3 Mile Rd, 20th St. W & 16th Ave W.

Features:

Fee: No fee; donations accepted

Trail attributes: Located on old beach ridges, flat topography, mixed age aspen cover with pine and hardwood on back loop.

Unique features: Night skiing available, within city, toilets available, groomed regularly, benches at each loop junction.
